Among the early commits in BYU's 2024 recruiting class who reaffirmed his pledge in January, Brown also attracted the attention of Cal, Utah, Utah State and Vanderbilt, among others.
The 6-foot-5, 205-pound edge rusher made 24 tackles, three tackles for loss and a sack in four games as a junior for the Rams, while also totaling 90 receiving yards and a touchdown on offense.
