Outlook

Almost like a summer-time regime, we'll see scattered showers and t-storms pop up this afternoon. A more dynamic storm system is set to move in tomorrow bringing in valley rain and mountain snow (above 6500-7000') with highs only topping out in the 50s. Valley rain totals along the Wasatch Front will be .25-.50" with some locatioins picking up more, mountain snowfall 6-12". The best rain chances wil be Friday into Saturday morning, by Saturday evening things will have calmed down. A warm-up is in store for next week! - Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 4.25.24
