SALT LAKE CITY — Troopers and the State Bureau of Investigation are looking into the death of a man whose body was found on a campus of Salt Lake Community College on Wednesday.

The body was found on the west steps of the South City Campus, 1600 S. State, at 4:43 p.m., Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Cameron Roden said.

The 37-year-old man lived in the area. There were no signs of foul play, Roden said.

"As far as we know he is not a student and does not have ties to the Salt Lake Community College," he said.

Additional information, including the man's identity, was not immediately available.
